Dear Customer,

For shipments to provinces and abroad, please note the following:

1. Merchandise is delivered to the shipping company indicated by you.
2. Therefore, our responsibility ends upon delivery of the merchandise to the shipping company.
3. Likewise, expiration/due dates run from the date the merchandise is delivered to the carrier.
4. Claims are only accepted up to 7 days after the merchandise has been left at the shipping agency you chose.
